Woodside Acres is a market farm specializing in pasture-raised poultry located near Charles City, Iowa. We aim to make nutritious food accessible to all. Hailing from Butler County, we were both raised in rural communities surrounded by fields of inedible crops. We want to help change that.
What we aim to raise is animals that are as healthy and happy as possible. Our poultry is pasture-raised, antibiotic-free, and supplemented with local, non-GMO feed.

Mallory DeVries
Mallory grew up in Allison, Iowa, the oldest of four girls. She studied Graphic Communications in college and works as a freelance marketing consultant in addition to leading the marketing, sales, and distribution for Woodside Acres.

Charles DeVries
Charles grew up in Greene, Iowa and studied Wind Turbine Technology in college. He has spent nearly 15 years working in renewable energy while beginning to farm.
